The staff here were so helpful and nice. the room was good - had enough space and everything worked well. I just stayed here for a night but the bed was super cozy and I had a really good sleep.

Everything was great, stunning location close enough to Gran Via, the city center and Puerta del Sol, really nice experience. Had functional and spacious room with private bathroom and a mini refrigerator and a kettle. The place had a family atmosphere...

The family room was quiet, clean, and had a comfortable queen-sized bed. Having amenities like a hair dryer, bidet, and bath sheets was convenient.

This place was great for my trip, I got upgraded to a functional twin room, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were super comfy!

The location here is absolutely amazing, you won't find a better spot around. Plus, there are some great conveniences in the area. 😊 You can even find a fast food joint called Anauco just a short 5-minute walk away.

Great location, just a minute walk from Gran Vía. the hotel is situated on a quiet shopping street, so it's peaceful. the room was cozy with two beds and all necessary amenities like a vanity, wardrobe, and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and kettle. the room was clean and everything seemed new. Good WiFi and nice lighting.

Great location, daily room cleaning, and towel changes. Two rooms apartment with kitchen, hairdryer, fridge, and air conditioning. Fantastic price for what you get. Elevator in the building, individual bathroom, comfortable double bed, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

The location couldn't be any better! We were just steps away from the vibrant nightlife and bustling streets. It made exploring the city so convenient, especially for those who love shopping. The hotel provided all the necessities we needed, including a fridge and a safe in our room. It was a nice touch that added to our comfort during our stay.

The walls were a bit thin, which meant that we could easily hear our neighbors. the cleaning staff was quite noisy at times, which was a bit disruptive.

We had a great stay at this centrally located accommodation in Madrid. It was right in the heart of the tourist area and close to various transportation options. the room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge and air conditioning. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and towel change. the location allowed us to easily explore the city and it was a lovely area to stay in.

We did encounter a language barrier with the staff, as they only spoke Spanish. It would have been helpful if they had some knowledge of English to assist non-Spanish-speaking guests effectively.
